چکیده
We study the recovery of functions in real spline spaces from unsigned sampled values. consider two types recovery. The one is to recover locally finitely many samples. And other on whole line infinitely In both cases, we give characterizations for a set points be phaseless sampling set, at which any nonseparable function determined up sign an interval or by its Moreover, case local recovery, also almost and necessary sufficient condition admit all functions.

Phaseless Sampling and Reconstruction of Real-Valued Signals in Shift-Invariant Spaces
Sampling in shift-invariant spaces is a realistic model for signals with smooth spectrum. In this paper, we consider phaseless sampling and reconstruction of real-valued signals in a shift-invariant space from their magnitude measurements on the whole Euclidean space and from their phaseless samples taken on a discrete set with finite sampling density. We introduce an undirected graph to a sign...
متن کاملLocal and Global Asymptotic Inference in Smoothing Spline Models
This article studies local and global inference for smoothing spline estimation in a unified asymptotic framework. We first introduce a new technical tool called functional Bahadur representation, which significantly generalizes the traditional Bahadur representation in parametric models, that is, Bahadur [Ann. Inst. Statist. Math. 37 (1966) 577–580]. Equipped with this tool, we develop four in...
متن کاملDimension and Local Bases of Homogeneous Spline Spaces
Recently, we have introduced spaces of splines deened on trian-gulations lying on the sphere or on sphere-like surfaces. These spaces arose out of a new kind of Bernstein-B ezier theory on such surfaces. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of a constructive theory for such spline spaces analogous to the well-known theory of polynomial splines on planar triangulations. ...
متن کاملStable Phaseless Sampling and Reconstruction of Real-Valued Signals with Finite Rate of Innovations
A spatial signal is defined by its evaluations on the whole domain. In this paper, we consider stable reconstruction of real-valued signals with finite rate of innovations (FRI), up to a sign, from their magnitude measurements on the whole domain or their phaseless samples on a discrete subset. FRI signals appear in many engineering applications such as magnetic resonance spectrum, ultra wide-b...
متن کاملOn Stable Local Bases for Bivariate Polynomial Spline Spaces
Stable locally supported bases are constructed for the spaces S r d (4) of polynomial splines of degree d 3r + 2 and smoothness r deened on trian-gulations 4, as well as for various superspline subspaces. In addition, we show that for r 1, it is impossible to construct bases which are simultaneously stable and locally linearly independent. x1. Introduction This paper deals with the classical sp...
